I just got wait listed from my top school, but my 3rd quater grade declined really badly...?

If its the 3rd Quarter of your Sr. Year, It probably will make NO difference. Most colleges will only view the 1st Quarter grade of you Sr. year. Otherwise, one bad Quarter should make little difference.
