Was it paranomal or what?

I've always herd voices since I wus little....I use to cry && still do keep in mind I have a disorder called 22 q.11 I remember...when I wus in middle school when me and my friends became interested in magic......we didn't do anything huge jus doing it for pretend. It first started when this kid michael died and there were rumors on how he died....so we use juss pretend we can do magic.....I do remember crying to mom one night about hearing michal screaming. Then.....I started seeing shadows and I remember seeing a face on my window and being in denial about my granams death. I remember one time I saw a young man on the couch jus sitting there he kinda had curly hair. My uncle showed me a pic of sum1 who lived here and died and the figure of the shadow reasmbled him so I said I think that's it. Partly to make me feel better that it coulda been a family. Then me and my coousin wus in the other rooom and we were talking loudly and we wus only ones in the house. And the radio turned on and I'm almost 60 percent sure i5t wus unplugged and it started playing the song called shut up. So me and my cousin juss turned it off and left. Also we use to leave a gl of water on the counter like gma use 2 and we herd a thud as if sum1 wus setting down a gl and it looked like the water wasn't the same amount.....then..I began sleeping on couch since way back. Becoz when I slept on my bed id use to feel it breath even when I held my breath for a while. I wud hear door slammings at night and footsteps but when I asked grandpa if it wus him he said it wasn't he didn't herd nuffin.......then and one time I wus in the kitchen and the caculator wus ontop high on the micowave in the middle. And it juss flew to the middle of the kitchen. And I hear knocks on the wall and till last year id say haha very funny guys. Then one night in my bed I woked up it felt like something wus strangling me and chocking me I couldn't yell or scream for help I couldn't even reach for the phone which wus 5 inches from me until a few mins later. The same **** happend again on the couch. I. Always had some type of issue with me...but voices always been one of them and seeing shadows.......
