Battle of the Knights: Erza Scarlet vs Saber?

Truth be told, there's no real answer... but I think that Saber would win, because I think of Erza as a jack of all trades but master of none, while Saber only has to master one sword/scabbard. Though, it might also be because she wins against Gilgamesh who is a little similar to Erza in the fact that he has a countless supply of weapons.
