Is This a Good List of Equipment for My First Horse?

I'd say you are pretty prepared! Although, for blankets, you should get a turnout sheet, and 2 fleece or one fleece and one irish knit coolers. Horses don't need a ton of blanketing, unless you clip them, which is unnecessary unless you are showing the winter circuit. Good luck!!!
