I want a collar bone tattoo but I don't know how it'd fit?

I really want the quote "Reserving judgements is a matter of infinite hope." from the book the Great Gatsby. But I have heard that only 35 character Collar bone tattoos are ok, that is 49. Any ideas? The only other quote I would want there is " The past should stay dead" but I want the first one a lot more.
