98 Plymouth Voyager leaking transmission fluid?

My van is leaking transmission fluid and we aren't sure why. the van runs just fine with the fluid in it but once it starts running the fluid just seems to drip/flow out. It seems to be coming out where the engine block meets the transmission. PLEASE HELP!!
