I live in Bogota Colombia and applied for F1 Visa . . .?

Im 18 and applied for an F1 Visa this morning , and was denied by the emby today. My request was denied due to the section 214b. They said i didn't have strong enough ties to support me coming back to Colombia. Has anyone went through this and was denied and then tried again and was approved? or does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
