Retirement age of MLA/MP?

Most of the Government and other organisations has fixed the retirement age at 60 yrs as phisically and mentally they are unble to work.Though, as stated, the politicians work with thier brain, they need not to be retired.It is not justified, then all the people working in any research/brain oriented organisation, working with brain only, should also work till death, if health permits.
