How does LimeWire work. I'm kinda computer illiterate but I'm learning bythe day. I also am a music fanatic.

I have downloaded an Iron Maiden concert from San Antonio and opened it up with WinZip and transferred it to my files and burned a copy for my car. I need help on how to use other programs such as LimeWire. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
