Is this a dislocated jaw and what do i do?

when i was little i was chewing on a skittle and the right side of my jaw popped and ever since then when i open or close my mouth it pops well the other day it was popped open and i twisted it weirdly and it started hurting and its been getting worse and today i cant open my mouth all the way i cant close it all the way i cant make my teeth touch it hurts when i move my head back i cant chew its too much pain and the pain when chewing is in my jaw and it goes up my head and in my ear and to my gums on that side i cant move my jaw around it even hurts to talk whats wrong with it? how long will it take to heal and what do i do to make it heal?
