Wy do soo much people drop out from PJ's?

The pipeline is designed to find individuals who can peform the pj job. It's not designed to make people quit, it just happens. A person who wants to be a pj will not quit, simple as that, and that skill is needed for the job, they take their motto very seriously so "that others may live". The physical standards are also so high because that is just the minimum necessary amount of functional fitness to perform the job. The job of a pj is hard, the training needs to be equally as hard, and that's just the way it is, and the way it shall remain.
