Where can i find hannah montana fleece fabric????

ok i know that ebay has some but i am looking for a store that has it or better yet has it on the internet that u can order it from??? i have been told that walmart has some and so does joann fabrics but i can never find it??? do u know when either store gets shipments in of it i need it by august for my friends b-day so please help me????
