What is the weather like in Casablanca in mid-December?

I have looked up various weather websites and it says it can vary between 9 degrees and 20 degrees. North-African friends just say it will be really cold but that's because they are used to it being really hot! As a Brit, how is it likely to feel to me? I don't know what sort of clothes to pack!
