Ultra Early Highly Sensitive 10miu Pregnancy Strip Tests...Do they Work?

I have heard mixed reviews from the tests bought online. They are cheap and if you are pee-on-a-stick addict like me, it could be worth it. But I never bought any because alot of people have gotten false negative and false positives on those types of tests.
