Ugh im really scared i think my neighbor is looking at me through my window..?

hi, i'm 12 years old. i just moved to a new house not too long ago. well recently i've had a feeling that someone has been looking through my window. a couple nights ago around 3 in the morning i am pretty sure i saw a figure in the window. i got really scared and just put my head under my covers. at first i thought it was nothing but a few hours ago i looked and saw footprints in the snow that go from his house to my window. i don't know what to do please help me i'm really scared :[
