Song on episode four of Stoked?

I was chilling on my couch, you know what we teenagers do. When suddenly this song on episode four of Stoked ( Bring your Kook to Work Day ) starts playing. It wasn't the theme song, but it started playing after the surfer stated "Let the party begin", or something close to that. Now I'm dying to find this song, but I honestly have no idea of the name or artist. Anyone have any idea on the song title?
