My 7 month old is coughing and has a stuffy nose??

Im gonna take him to the Dr. tomar. What could be wrong? This is the first time he has ever been sick, so Im scared. He's a little congested also, I gave him some tylenol but was wondering if they even make anything for an infant with cold/cough? I searched walmart all over today and couldnt find anything. Is there anything I can do between 2night and 2mar to help him feel better?
