Is it weird to listen to break up/sad songs even if you havent broken up with someone?

i admit i love all music, pop, rock, r and b, some country, and even breakup songs. i'm a guy if this has anything to do with it: i even remember on a radio station where i live, this guy said "if youre a guy, you can listen to a song a million times and not get what it means." i think thats kinda true. i mean i have a friend who's a girl who treasures lyrics of certain songs. i'm not really the kinda person that takes lyrics literally. if i love the catchyness or beat, i like the song. like i said, i love almost all songs. i mean i like kelly clarkson's "since you've been gone," "behind these hazel eyes," "because of you," boyz II men "end of the road," in my itunes library to name a few of these kind of songs. i like the songs simply because i love the song, it sounds good. i am not trying to get over a lost relationship or something. this is not the only music i listen to, but i listen to it. is this weird?
