Is it becoming a crime in the U.S.A. to love (and learn) English & French languages, but not Spanish?

You seem to have several unrelated questions, which may be a sign of schizophrenia, but I wouldn't worry about it. To the primary question, the answer is no. I am thoroughly familiar with the penal code and there is no crime in learning English, french of any other language.
