I would like to invest somewhere in the world a in a country that is cheap but which will boom in 10-15 years

i am not thinking of rent but rather a place that many will predict will boom.I have been told that you can find beutiful places in sri lanka,costa rica and bulagaria and places in africa.I don thave to much money so would like something small but with potential as the world gets s,aller and beuty becomes more accesable and appreciated.any ideas or sights that predict property booms would be helpful.
