I left my piercing cleaning solution at a friends house, how should I clean my navel piercing tonight?

I was instructed to clean it twice a day with the saline solution I was given as well as to let the water run over it in the shower. I left it at a friends house and now I need to clean my bellyon and I'm not sure what to do. I know I can make my own saline solution but I don't have salt that doesn't have iodine in it. Which is what the solution I had was. Should I just take a shower and leave it at that or does it not matter much if it's not sea salt? I'm just afraid that table salt may do bad things to piercings and I've only had it for a week.
