?? Do I have the chicken pox?

I am a fifteen year-old girl and I got the chicken-pox vaccine as a child, however for the past week or so I have been very congested with cold-like symptoms but no fever and today I noticed this subtle rash on my abdomen. I have not been into contact with anyone with the chickenpox that I am aware of... should I go to school tomorrow?
