Boston terrier vomits irregular and dry heaves?

the thing is that she only vomits at night and only at the beginning of the week. like tuesdays for some reason i can expect at least 2 piles of rapid projectile vomit. she is a little over a year and at one point threw up all the time, we later caught her eating her own poo. took care of that problem and changed to vet proscription food. the vet says it is nerves, about to go get second opinion but wanted to see if yall got anything
